I have a copy of iATKOS v7 as well as Kalyway. I have tried installing both. Kalyway always hangs on "still waiting on root device". iATKOS makes it through the setup screen and begins the install, but then errors out and will not continue the install. Here is a list of my hardware, as well as a screen shot from what happens when I'm installing iATKOS v7.
Hardware:
Processor: Intel E2180 Core 2 Duo @ 2.00 GHz
Mobo: Asus P5Q3 Deluxe
RAM: Patriot Viper Series PC3-12800, 1600 MHz, 4GB
Video: NVidia GeForce 7300SE
Really needing some help here. I've tried installing with just -v, as well as with cpus=1 busratio=20 -v and neither work.
You can email me directly at archie_069@yahoo.com if need be.

oops oh wait no >.< sorry idk how to fix that didnt see the image
There are specific sites for this you know...
I got it to install finally by adding maxmem=3072. Now it will boot up, and when I select OSX, it goes to the apple load screen and sit there, and finally a circle with a slash through it comes up. Any ideas? I'd really appreciate the help.

That is the visual version of the error "Still waiting for root device" which essentially means the OSX distro has problems with your HDD controller.
If you use SATA HDDs try to set your SATA option in your BIOS from "Native IDE" to "SATA -» AHCI" if possible. I had similar problems... I simply tried 5 different OSX distros until one worked, LawlessPPC for that matter however this one only works for AMD CPUs.
Whenever I set it in my BIOS to AHCI, windows will no longer boot. It will reboot every time.

Yeah I have to switch this setting everytime I switch between the OSs....

You probably set up Windows with AHCI disabled. It's problematic to switch that mode after installing Windows, but there may be a way to fix it.
I assume OSX works with AHCI enabled?
