I got back from Canada on Monday and I just got stupid jetlet man. On monday night I went to sleep at 11pm and woke up at 4pm the next day and its now 4:45am and i can't sleep at all. I guess I'm guna have to try and stay awake the whole day today and crash again at night time and wake my self up at 10am. STUPID JETLAG!
Staying awake is fun, well when I have a solid anime to watch and hang out on the internet every now and then.
Drink caffinated drinks to keep yourself awake as long as you need to be awake. Once the caffine wears off you'll sleep really well. That's what I found anyway...

I flew all the way around the world once- no jetlag. Is a myth for me. But then, my regular diet of coke probably messed me up something chronic.
I never get jetlag; probably because my sleep schedule is fudge'd anyway, lol.
