Play VN, read manga, watch anime, I don't care. What I mean is you need to know Tsukihime, otherwise you'd get very confused by KnK. And if you already watched/read it before, that already fulfills the criteria of having done it, noone asking you to re-watch it.
Also, that was obviously aimed at Sparker, not you. 1). I knew a long long time ago that you've watched/read Tsukihime. 2). It says
before watching KnK. You have already watched KnK.
And the reason why you thought the anime was bad was probably because you read the VN 1st. So you had in in your head what is "supposed" to happen, and then stuff didn't match. 2nd time is always bad, even for watching the exact same anime twice, because it's a perfect 100% spoiler, nothing can ever be good if you know exactly what's going to happen. That's why the FSN anime sort of sucked for me, because I read (part of) the VN 1st, even though others I know have though it to be very awesome. But yeah, the Tsukihime anime does leave a lot to be desired, especially on the graphics department. Needs KnK visuals.
I recommend anything that revolves around McDonalds as it is guaranteed to involve a drunk clown and a stoned burgler and is so stupid that you cannot help yourself but laugh.
