So I haven't been too active lately, and a lot of spoon has been going on in my life. I'll run you through a quick bullet list
-Bitches be makin' mah life complicated: That girl I've been on-again-off-again friends with is married, still a bitch, and finally completely out of my life.
-I'm moving back to sunny San Diego, CA! My dad starts work there full time in a week and will be living there almost full time, flying back on the weekends to be with us, my mom and brothers will be moving in mid-August, and I'll be moving end of December. I have to stay because I have a good job, and I need to pay off my debts and save money.
-I've gotten inspired by seeing the Monome in action. It's an open-source controller that has shown a lot of popularity with musicians, and that's what I want to use it for. (skip to 1:08 for what really inspired me

It costs $500 to buy the 8x8 grid, but I found out I could build one for not-too-headache-inducing amounts of labor and about $200 in parts, so I'm considering doing that.
-As you know from my previous thread, I'm getting an iPhone 3G S. I ordered it through AT&T, and it should be here on Wednesday. I had to go through AT&T, who is sold out, and not the Apple Store, who has tons, because I'm not the primary account holder. Woe is me. It should be here on Wednesday, though, right after I get back from Vegas.
-Oh yeah, and I'm going to Vegas tomorrow with my family. It's our last hurrah family trip before my dad starts working in CA.
