...No, the iPhone without a contract normally goes for $499 for the 8GB, $599/16GB, and $699/32GB. Believe me, I'm not retarded. I wouldn't price a used phone over what it costs new. $199 is for the 16GB with a contract. There is no iPhone that you can get without a contract for $199 new. None at all.
