Endless Paradigm

its a RPG hack'n'slash, you are a samurai, searching for your ... body part,
as much as i remember, it was like this,
at first, you can't hear anything (no ear), everything is black & white( no .... eye?) and can't really sense the enemy, your hand is ... chopped off as well, leave you with two blade stick out of it, etc, as you find the parts, your senses come back to you?

oh yeah, it's on PS2 by the way

the reviews look ok, but as much as i remember ( saw it ages ago ) this is one awesome game
