Ep20 looks like it could've been a final episode. I'm guessing they're ending it all with this season?

Certainly looks like it. I can see it go on for the next couple of episodes... but a couple more after that? No I don't see how unless one is a filler or some kind and one is another Christmas episode or something :/
Here's hoping they get invited to do another, final, performance.

If Coalguys don't release the final episode of K-on quick enough wee could see some obsessive casualties.
Watching the latest, Ep 23, "After School", tonight. Episode 24 has already been confirmed as "Graduation Ceremony"... what will these last two episodes consist of? Chances of Christmas Ep/Final Performance?

So it's been revealed that Episode 24 is the true story ending and the 25th and 26th episodes are Bonus/Side-story episodes.
If anyone hasn't, the words Coalguys and Frostii put up on their sites along with Episode 24 are rather touching ^^
Watching 24 tonight... it's been a long, fun, watch.

Me too ~ after all they have no new material to work with. Hopefully they will rework some bits, extend performances and add new scenes to the best bits of the series.

OBJECTION!
if you read bakuman then you will know the studio can ask the author for a raw manuscript, with story and names (basically doodle for the angles and blah blah blah) then they cacn work the rest emselves. and for all i know, they can always go on another camp for another bikini episode or in the jungle with omg snake rips my skirt. then do a charity conccert for the jungle people. then love, then look at sunset, then cry, then blah blah blah :P
