Wee don't normally monitor ther numbers of visits, but this weekend will go down in the history of PSPGEN with regards to the number of visits.
Beyond this record, the most surprising of all remains the geographical origin of visitors this weekend ...
Since 14 January 2009, when wee posted the video showing that it was possible to run a Custom Firmware (HEN) on a PSP-3000,
it is true that the owners of the last dated PSP Sony felt a little unloved.
Given numbers of visits generated following the announcement and the release of Custom Firmware 5.03GEN for HEN-A,
wee are very pleased that our decision to release (finally) the Custom Firmware for PSP-3000 has attracted and fascinated
the world. In fact, you managed to reach us Saturday 6 June 2009 107,718 or visit 8976.5 hits per hour.
Note that at the time of release (2am) our server, which is more than tough and optimized,
gave few signs of weakness for a minute: You must excuse us, there were over 10,000 requests simultaneous download ...
At the weekend, wee received 266,593 visits in 3 days and wee were therefore curious to see the geographic
origin of visitors and the surprise was huge. France remains by far ahead of visits, the Chinese coming
in second and Japan third. Fun, huh?
