Google susprises us again with a new tool, a "new model for communication and collaboration on the web", that will come this year, and that has been announced on Google I/O.
Google Wave is coming soon, from the creators of Google Maps, as a new idea from Google.
What would you have if you add IM to Gmail, Google Docs, sort of Facebook and a twitter-like app all on a single package? That will be an interesting aproximattion of what Google Wave is.
Basic idea is that "wave", a non-static conversation wiki-like that changes on the fly. Knowing if the contact is connected when e-mailing (so he/she sees what wee are writing at the same time as wee write), maps, videos, and all the things you would need on three main parts; contacts list, waves, and visualizing zone.
But well, the list is almost endless, and you even have the opportunity to code on it as it will be Open Source! Check the API here.
