Test Flash Dumper Via HEN

This program is to dump the flash contents of your PSP.
this can be useful to examine the files.
if this is reported to work on 3k models and ta-88v3's i will make a program like this, but offering more features.
just copy Flash Dumper into PSP/GAME and run it! once the hen has been enabled.
