So apparently, I have started losing my sleep again. Over the past few weeks I was sleeping like a log for about at least 7-8 hours a day (and keep feeling sleepy through the remaining day).
It was good.. I had dreams about all sort of stuff.. anime, games, space, solitude, crowds (this would be a nightmare), my girl (no question please) etc... It was fun primarily because I don't sleep that well usually and all my dreams keep getting interrupted or I end up not remembering them.. anyways.. you can't have too many dream in 2 hours of sleep...

Last night I hit the bunk early, cause I was feeling tired, at about 11.30... I was kinda disappointed as I wanted to see this series I had downloaded, but I was sleepy (to think of it) and thought that I would definitely be out till morning. But...

{insert scene} [i] his eyes open.... he can hear the sounds of his surrounding... the Cooler... the electronic beeps or random devices.. the sounds of his PC..
He looks around and sees that its still dark.
"Hmm...," thinks Feinicks. "Must be about 5 AM... oh well... I did sleep early.," reasons Fenicks and nods knowingly. He looks at the wall clock. It kinda hard to see in the dark... but once his eyes adjust and the focus sharpens, he can read the time:
12.30!! W....T.....F......!~!!!~~!~!@!~!@@!$#$%#@#)

NOw this had started happening over the last week... I sleep for about 1-3 hours then spend the rest of the time either in bed, trying to sleep or watching or doing some spoon or the other. Last night I watched Bounen no Xamned completly and fiddled around with my router.

Just hoping I don't start seeing stuff like earlier...
Bounen no Xamned was good but I didnt liek the ending >.<
Try taking some sleeping pills???

I'm allergic to them... I get all sorts of rashes.. tried once.. I visited a doctor about this once but typically he said "Just get more exercise. Once you body is short on energy, you'll feel sleepy" like I was some teen with raging hormones!!

yeah... when that Yuki guy came back to life, I was like WHAT???

Lol, do what i did and take advantage of no sleep and watch a series a day :)
sleeping pills suck cause when you try to stop its even harder to fall asleep :(

just do stuff until you fall asleep doing it, then go to bed :)  ie watch your anime in the most comfortable position until your eyes close and you are living inthe anime via your dreams :)

play a game until you fall asleep and drop the controller on your big toe and you wake up in fright :P  just don't do that with your psp ;)

sucks you lost your sleeping skills :(  alot of the time its your brain keeping you awake because subconsciosly there are things you wish you were doing...then when yo ustay up all night doing them, the next morning sucks to try and wake up :(

when i want to fall asleep i pay attention to my heart beat, exhale all the way, then inhale a little bit for each beat until my lungs are full and keeping count of how many breaths i took, then exhale a little bit for each breath adjusting the speed and slowing down my heart rate.  My wife hates it cause i can pretty much fall asleep any time any where..even proved it to her at the girl doctor office when wee were waiting for her appointment one day :P  started that and the next thing i know she's kicking me in the shins saying stop snoring.

it might take abit to figure out..but I bet I can fall asleep any time within 30 seconds of trying.

I did that with my PSP once... fell asleep playing it, it fell and I woke up scared! Didn't sleep again after that...
I do that you know... play till late or watch some anime... the fall asleep at like 5-6 in the morning just to wake up at 7-8 realizing that YOU'RE Fudge youCKING LATE FOR WORK!!!
maybe watch boring shows in tv to get you into sleep like, or listen to classical music, but i don't have problem in sleepins, once my eyes are closed i am dreamin in that state, lol

Try reading. It calms the mind...
Drink alcohol. I always gets me too sleep.
try Diazepam (valium) about 10mg and take about 2 you should sleep then.
you can buy them from alotta people with out prescription as d2,d5,d10,d20 and i think d30's aswell.
just a thought... oh and you get really giggley before you sleep.
