my company bought my laptop for me... so just under 3K.... for them...

nothing for me

my desktop is gonna cost 3-5K :\

$1k laptop is worthless...

XPS 1710, best gaming overall gaming laptop.
my inspiron 9400 is essentially the same thing, same guts, [including the 7950GTX and intel wifilink abgn, and soon the blu-ray drive] for a few coins less.

alienware and a few others have some SLI gaming laptops.... but the get hot as hell.... and are like 8K or something stupid.
