Critique:
It is lacking depth. To be honest, it looks like you put the dino on top of a wave like something.
I would get rid of the grunge. Really doesn't go well with this. Or atl east blend it.
No flow. You may want to add a shockwave like pattern to visualize a roar. This wave is making it look like brickwork.
Text = ...
Also, there is flame like thing coming out of the dino, but all the yellow (?) is entirely opposite to the mouth!

But wee will Critique it to help you improve it from a Other's point of perception and view

and yet it's be stunning how the skills would go up if only people actually gave constructive critique.

In all honesty, the only person who gives decent comments is Tetris.

Typical comments:
":puke: {insert a random insulting sentence here}"  or occassionally "Wow." , or "I liek it" or "Awesome!" or "Not really liking it etc..."

How that helps, I dunno... no one may be a pro here, but everyone can at least give an honest to art critique.
