luizlizard has updated XMB Theme Cycler v0.3 which improves upon his earlier work by a significant amount.

The new version adds a host of new features. In addition to automatically flashing an unlimited number of themes at startup, the program also has the following new additions:

    * Configuration menu
    * Dummy font flashing

good if you use themes. (if you want a new game you know where to go)
