its not rediculous! its good!
great for the consumer, but wee won't see much coming out if the companies can't make money...
Its a cruel decision. Cause 6 months down, something better than what you currently have planned out, will be in the market. At any rate, there will be far more choices...

my second guess >> this will still be up to date,. i have't seen any news about new cpu's yet,. the graphics card will prob be out dated then(by new graphics cards) but over six month's this graphics card will still be good to go for any game,.

Probably. Especially the CPU. My main point is that you may get more options in various i7 processors, Phenom 2 processors etc. The GTX395 is a very powerful GPU, and even I don;t see this getting out dated anytime soon. But again, by then, you'll have more choices in similar price range.
But, meh... who cares?
GTX295 = unnecessary. Even disregarding the cost, it's two GPUs in one = BIG power sucker (and probably noisy too).
There's no game these days, or in probably in a year's time, that'll max out the card, and even later, just play the thing on lower settings (can you really tell the difference between 4x Anisotropic filtering and 16x? even if you can, I doubt you'll be paying much attention when you're actually focused on the gameplay).
CPUs are a bit different in that they're always somewhat max-out-able, but the i7 probably won't make your games run much faster than a Core 2.
