refreshing the cache made it work but why dosen't it work sometimes though?
When I check the properties it says there's two frames.
Maybe the creator made it the it loops a certain amount of time.
If someone has a gif animator they could confirm that for me because I don't have one.
there's nothing superb about being admin

besides, you only need about 2 to 1 admins for a forum really
