Overall, I like the theme. Great work! Here are a few suggestions, though:

1. Could use the sexual click sounds
2. Coldboot? (Gameboot also if there isn't one, forgot to check)
3. Use of 1-12.bmp for the backgrounds.

I want to try and implement the above when I have some time and release with credits to you for the original theme, if that's okay with you.

Sure man go ahead. Change the gameboot if you want. After I finished it I decided the gameboot didn't match the theme. Do what you want with it. I have another theme that's much better then this I'll be releasing here soon.

I'm not really that good at theme making, otherwise I'd do it..

the concept of V1's first crisis core theme would work real good :p
