lol you have a good point.... but I didn't learn to hate it till I had to use iTunes, which was after I got it, lulz... besides I love how the iPod works, shame it takes some work to work out, computer side.

can't you just set it to connect as a harddrive like the psp does and drag and drop your files to it?

Out of curiosity, you made that rant a while ago, have you tried iTunes 8, the latest version? Honestly, it's much better.

Don't know much about the iPod, but don't some of the custom firmwares allow you to use it as a storage/USB device?

iTunes allows you to do that, all you got to do is tick a box D; I use my classics as external hard drives and to back-up stuff... the speed is AMAZING! moar than 7200rpm i assume.

yes only 5G and 5.5G iPod videos can be hacked... nothing newer.. iTouch and iPhones can be jailbroken.. but just apps there, no messing with hardware.
