Incase someone didn't know, the signs

< means "lower than".
≤ means "lower than or equal to".

And also,

kbit/s means "kilobits per second".
mbit/s means "megabits per second".

where 8bits = 1byte.



Ok, enough talking. I'll start.

I'm on 56kbit/s dialup... don't laugh .

Cable 5 mbit/s down 512 kbit/s up.  Will probably be going to 10 mbit/s down 1 mbit/s up in the future as it is only $10 CDN more per month through my current ISP.

i have no idea -  but i get 16mb down and 1mb up..

Ok, if anyone doesn't know what connection they have, the please do not randomly take guesses.

Try to figure it out and vote later. I want to keep this accurate.

It would be either in the

ADSL (≤8mbit/s)

or

Cable (≤3mbit/s)

catagories, depending on if u have adsl or cable.

hey zinga, when did u get adsl?


Damn. Ahhh. And i thought i wasn't the only person here still on dialup.

512 >< dam aus and their slow chocolatety internet and expensive prices.. but yea.. 512 unlimited.... never gets capped ^^
