Endless Paradigm

Hi guys I havent made a post in this section for a while lool anyways back to the topic.. Im making a site for my friends birthday bash and i need some help on the design side.. I want to make the site look a bit like this http://www.nasha-entertainment.com/ but more colourful and i just wanted to know what brushes and things to use and where to get them from and any other tips would be great too..thank you

wow glad i stopped here :)  I had some good flower brushes when i did schenschitivity...but since lost them and the psd :(  now i have WAAAY more than before :D
