Sony does seem to be pioneering the OLED technology, I wouldn't be surprised if they did decide to use it. While it is expensive in contrast to LCD, and has a lower Mean Time To Failure (MTTF), it is less juice-sucking and very VERY nice to look at (I've seen the Sony OLED TV at a tech show). Who knows though.....
I agree with the touch screen factor, buttons are pr0 gaymer and multi-touch is lame. A gyro-movement-thing would be cool, but this touch screen stuff will destroy the mash 'em up category of games I think such as Street Fighter and pretty much any 2D scrolling-shooter =( With that said, I think part of the reason why I love portable gaming so much is because of the affinity for great 2D games where playability comes before graphics (who DOESN'T still play the odd SNES RPG's every now and then).
Dual analog-nubs would rock too. And PS2/Pops2 emulation (cram an emotion engine in there Sony!)

nah, if they put a touchscreen support, the screen will become smudgy someday after some harsh screenbashing, lol
yeah maybe some PS2 emulation (i think software emulation can be done in psp, if they will use the PS2 sofware emulators in old PS3 bundles)
and yeah, no need for extra internal memory, expandable memory is better, and hope to have USBhost support for external hdd
and better feature i think is the dual shock controller to be put in psp, yeah

I find that kind of hard to believe, I'm a little skeptical to the ability to emulate PS2 through 100% software on any hardware.... PS3 can't even do it after they removed the emotionFX module from post-launch models. But still, it'd be awesome.
EDIT: OK, there is a model of PS3 where the EE Chip is emulated through software, so PS2 games are compatible. But still, PS3 has crazy-donkey horsepower... they'd have to pull off some fancy stuff to emulate PS2 hardware in something so tiny (so hope they do...)
