this harldy the worst you'll come across. I've had a fair amount of experience in more mundane situations, so this would not really come across as a shocker. I do note that all these chains have a universally similar policy of being cribby when it comes to refund or return.

$80 does sound a bit much, but they do have to pay someone to do it after all, plus there's the licensing cost of Windows XP (they obviously don't get Windows for free).

Well fortunately today it did, got all my money back; im going to save up and buy an hp TX2500 or something; that's would be AWESOME for graphics and school
+ its pretty powerful
