ive been there twice, first is to compete on a bikini open second for a family vacation. as of now the island is facing a big problem on disposal of waste and as far as i know the water source has been contaminated!

Well there was that issue on pollution that canceled the funboard wind surfing thingy. But that's on the opposite side of the island where the waves are bigger, winds are stronger, and sand not as nice.
well i have been also in boracay once, and yes some part of the water is very crystal clear, while on some sides of islands, some were smudges and oil contaminants in the shores, and the starfish wee caught is like dying, lol
well im still proud i live in the country with nice scenic spot, yes i live in the philippines also, lol
