Just saw this on SuperSpeed's website for their RAMDisk application:
Really unsure how it exactly works, but sounds interesting. Also interested if other applications are able to do something similar.
You're unlikely going to be able to use all of your RAM as memory, since 32-bit addressing, after all, can only address 4GB's of memory, but if the extra RAM can be addressed differently (ie like a disk/RAMDisk) you could put some use to that extra RAM on your 32-bit Windows (or 64-bit Windows running the /maxmem=4096 switch).

Haven't tested this app myself yet, so IDK how well it works. But just putting it up here if anyone's interested.
