Hmmm.   Just noticed one of my favorite PSP apps has been updated.
This progam was created by homebrew dev: Minerva
This is extremely handy, and i would actually suggest that everybody download it.
This lets you keep as many firmwares as you want on your PSP and boot into them at will.

hrmm.upon dumping i get displayed bad block at page: 8576 block: 268

i THOUGHT i read that wasn't necessarily bad...but hrmm....google search found this post LMAO

Seems i HAVE seen this message before.
No big deal Schmilk.  A lot of PSP units are shipped with "bad nand blocks".

Mine actually has one too.
nothing to worry about though.  and actually (Zinga - correct me if I'm wrong) the blocks in your nand, or any flash memory device for that matter, do go bad eventually anyway.
Unless you have a massive amount of bad blocks, I wouldn't worry...

neat...i have restored the nand twice with one of the despertars...just havent done any dumping or reading of it since then.

Just installed 4.01 and 5.00 and made backups then restored my 5.02 backup and wowoo all is good :)
