For those who have been really keen about Android, I thought they might like this. A little technical to understand for the untrained eye, but still gives the basic idea about Android functionality and structure...
As no doubt you will have become aware (if you were not) that Android is based on Linux. That means its scope and power is practically limitless, not being restrained by cost. Plus, its customizability and application development are as vast as Linux itself.
