Endless Paradigm

meh, I'm bored. do as usual I'm sitting downstairs at my dads computer randomly browsing the internet. Behind the desk is a window facing out to the front of the house.

I live on a pretty steep hill and just up from me is a delivery business, meaning lots of vans go up and down the  road. Its quite a small road with room only for 1 lane of traffic, not that there is much apart from the vans.

Well here i am watching empty vans struggling to get up the hill. rear wheels spinning smoke from clutches, revving diesel engines, etc...

its quite fun to watch actually. every few minutes you'll see a van fly up the hill past the window and go out of sight. a few seconds later you'll see it  slowly sliding back down again.

I've just been out with a wheelbarrow and shovel. I spread some grit on the road and stood around telling cars to slow down. of course they took no notice and carried on. except one that ended up in a hedge 5 meters away from me...

Man i miss having my land rover :(  Wee would go out during the snow storms looking for bitches in ditches..then make 20-50 bucks for puling them out...if they didn't want to pay and wait for a tow truck, wee came back an hour later and usually got the job :P  hehehe...Now i got the wrx and all i can do is enjoy powder drifting through the subdivision.

Lolz, when it gets icy around here(central NY, near Syracuse), my pop makes a killing. He's a tow truck driver, and to simply tow someone out of a ditch is about 100-150 bucks easy.
