I'm talking about using third party customisations like Blinds or shell/kernel hacks, themes, docks etc.
(assume that you have access to all three OSes)

Like right now (vista) I have a customized right click menu

3d User pic is installed
glasstoast is installed
My window borders are a lot thinner
The default color of my command prompt is black and red ('Cause I'm a bad donkey)
and I do put custom themes on often...
mostly I just like hacking the registry
