No I mean Resurssiklunssi by Z33.  THis tool is used via PSP & can only be used with 1.5 kernel & it decompresses & or compresses RCO files & it is a pain transferring the rco's to your mem stick & running this app on the psp to complete one of these task however I am grateful that this program exists but a nice PC Gui to do these operations or even slim compatibility would be wonderful!!!

I am sure you'll need the rco tool to do this, but I know NOTHING of coding.. but I got the tool if you need it...
