Here it is, finally. I decided to tidy things up a bit and make the dang release already. It's been sitting for like a week and all I had to do was adjust the time/date by like 20 pixels and move the loading icon. Heh. But it's finally here. Lastly, the really cool thing about this theme is the fact that the letters on all of the icons are CUT OUT, meaning that the backgrounds will show thru the lettering. Thusly, the theme will match with ANY wallpaper you use. Sweet? Sweeeet.

I don't even know what the acct mgmt icon is... I don't make icons for what I don't use (UMD) and I don't like the new waves really at all.

Account management is for changing settings on your PSN account, including password and such.
