Endless Paradigm

ok here is the story i my cuzin called me up and he goesd that my laptop was messing about like wen he went to a site he kept on geting a white screen like whene its between loading a page on fire fox but it jus stayed like that then he did it on IE but it jus kept closing it self closing so my cuzin restarted his pc and now it dosen't start windows it shows a real quick blue screen (not sure if its a BSoD) then turns it self off but the weird thing about it is that it starts up in safe mode so what could it be??????????

could be a virus or trojanstart in safe mode n then try n scan the comp with a good up to date antivirus

yeh it was 4 trojans 3 virusses a 300 spyware i screwed at him

maybe it would be better for him to format his comp
he could try to heal his comp

ok his pc now jus keeps on BSoDing so he is guna take it to my cuzin hu is UBER good a fixing pc's thanks

format n reinstall the os is the best option
