Endless Paradigm

Uhh, ok, please keep in mind that I've never used popsloader, never really needed it, so I've never researched it.  Now, installing it is easy enough, but how do I change the version?  I'm guessing its so general knowledge by now that no one has to mention how to do it, but I've ever bothered looking.
