loosing sub-icons makes space for other things to try out in the XMB, you get more ram to spend on other thingy's you want to customize.

Oh yea, of course. I don't really need to worry about RAM on my themes though. That's why I like making them under the minimalist category - b/c I have more room to move stuff around with invisible spacing and such.
