i don't think theres one for 5.00 yet :D

use the full version of cxmb and put yuor font and vsh folder in the cxmb folder and put the decrypted common_gui, paf, vshmain in the support folder.  the put the ptf you want to use in cxmb and change the conf.txt file to say /PSP/THEME/PTFNAME.ctf

yes full version of cxmb MAKES ctf....read the readme...

Is the full version of CXMB also able to unpack .ctfs?

No...

the ctf manager is supposedly to be released sometime this week, as long as testing goes well.  so was posted by red squirrel this week.
