This is nothing more than a simple installer I threw together for the 5.00 m33 POPS fix DaRk_AleX released.
Some people don't like manually flashing there PSP, so maybe they will find this helpful.

Is this that 'popcorn.prx' file fix?

Yes.  I know some people who are new to modding do not like to manually flash their PSP.

They can install DaRk_AleX's PSX fix right from the xmb with this.
It also checks to make sure you are indeed on the correct firmware, or it will not flash the file.
