i am guessing the original does't have an image,... or uses the same as the classic with infobar colors colored,.. (classic is def colored,.)
If classic uses the same image then you can find a good wave image tool in powertools topic,...

that's what i am wanting to know about just don't have the time right now to investigate.i wanted to add the wave replacer with my other app kinda deal

I think the next major hacking project should be making a custom 3d wave, now that wee have found out that the wave is in fact simply a 3d object that really just spins around, if wee could create our own, inject it, and edit the texture for it, wee could have some very interesting xmb's in the near future :D
however that might be a little too much to take in for now, im just glad sony finally did something right with the psp.

i really like the original wave, classic used to get in the way of font forced me to use wallpapers

I don't know why but the new original wave reminds me more of the PS3's. Plus it looks better in the second music visualizer.
