Alas My creation is born just in time for the internet to destroy all functionality it could have had...

anyway
I present Slushdock beta

YAY!

okay let us run through things
each individual window may be closed via the check controls on the right. The check control on the left allows the dock to stay on top and disappear back into the background when it isn't needed.

The marquee is for occupying my short attention span and the date is for the date.
The "R" is because I had nothing to put in that box...
The weather is very helpful and updates every 15 minutes (can change but would rather use bandwith for other poo poo)
The calender shows the date and goes on to who the hell knows when
And lastly my precious main screen. Replicated High deffinition 16:9 screen ratio contains a web browser (automattically linked to the ep shoutbox)
Music via Imeem (my favorite music site)
and Tv via wwitv.com (For now must use copy link and past (must figure out a workaround for the new windows coming up in IE))

lastly the "O" is a power button
to shut it off you don't want anything.

and then the x in the top right corner closes it all...

I may add a box in the lower right but I wouldn't know what to do with it.
for now I am happy with it...

if runs at 55,128k with about 10 little 56k processes so that could probably be improved, though.
Oh, I thought from the screen shot you made a chess strategie :p
...No that was my epic game of chess with this digital bastard
what did you make this in?

it's pretty impressive  :D
And I read it as Slush Block O_O; which made me think that more so.
