ELF menu does the trick. It comes with the PD 3.2.

I couldn't get it to work right with 6.00. To be honest I just want the topmenu_icon.rco from it to rip out a copy of the folder icons

i tried and still get crappy encrypted flash0 contents :(  no file names are proper :(

This ready to assemble, I just laid out, as requested above ELF Menu.
At 6.00 the truth to come until you have, because you can not extract the correct files lfatfs_updater.prx  and nand_updater.prx.

But in all other official firmware of course you can go up to 5.55.
