Windows XP Version 4.01

I know there are enough OS based themes out there, but I think this one is atleast worth trying.

I started making a Windows XP theme, then I thought the default XP theme looked kinda boring so I made my own version.
Most of the theme is based on Windows XP, but I used a few things from XP Media Center Edition & a few things from Vista & this theme was the outcome.

Very nice. Very clean iconsand i love the gameboot. Well, the photoplayer and musicplayer is a bit mess up, probably because you have not edited the content_browser_plugin.rco. The files you used were also from myWindows v2.0, not myWindows v3.0. Anyway, overall, I like how you made this theme.

LOL that's funny. But if you use ctf theme's you can't brick your psp.
