how do i use memory manager (by game shark) to load something to my memory card because i wana load a .elf file on to it
basicly i want to load cogswop to my memory card so i can play backed up games i have memory manager by gameshark and it has the option for a pendrive or usb device but when i hook my psp up to it it dosen't read it so how do i do it

Okay, so what I'm getting out of this is: you have a ps2, and you're using gameshark to play your backed-up (yeah, right) games using a memory card exploit.
What I'm confused about is why you're trying to use your PSP with this.
Please clarify.
