Has anyone else heard anything about this? If it is true, it'd be a nice way to buy the game legit, and still not have to worry about the UMD. I am getting it from the EGM November magazine. One of the rumors is that
"Every single 2009 PSP game will also be offered as a download"

Actually, I don't think it would help sales much. I mean I'd rather buy the UMD with the boxing, etc. - it seems a lot more worth it

same here i never even pay to download a cd id rather have a cd-case ect or an illegal one...
If it's available to all regions it might give some incentive, otherwise, the price will be the key.
Also, your alientating - to an extent at least - Anyone with a slower internet connection, or with a download limit...

Then they can go out and get the UMD of it. I kinda just pictured it as their attempt at going the Warhawk route perhaps? Release them on PSN as well as on shelves at same time. Regardless of whether or not they did that, the downloadable versions of them will get spread across the net.
