I always have everything maximised usually, apart from windows explorer so I can drag files etc...

I always have everything maximised always. i love Alt-Tab. i have WinFlip to emulate the Vista Alt-Tab flippy thing...
Most of the time, my widows are maximized, but when I'm DL-ing stuff and saving stuff, just a bunch of small windows, so that I can kinda see them all. It gets pretty messy sometimes :)

generally maximized unless I'm watching anime then I leave it small so I can comment in the shoutbox
Humm Work 2 screens both max unless I am downloading. At home 2 screens only one full the other in window with multiple windows
Fullscreen if I am doing just the net, and am watching TV or doing homework. I go windowed if watching anime on the comp while I am surfing the net, which is usually very late at night, during the weekend, when nothing good is on TV.
