Yeah did you read the Team C+D 3.10 decrypter nfo? It said that now they can crack any new firmware, no matter what. So Sony sorta lost.

Yes, of course, because the PSP has to somehow decrypt the PSAR, meaning that it's totally possible for the PSAR to be decrypted (lol, love those sentences).
