Yes I agree, the only thing that I can play on a gutiar is "Smoke on the Water" and that is shity. I like GH because it is relatively easier!

I'm thinking of getting a guitar soon anyway.... this would just be a waste of money.... what guitar hero really needs is MIDI so you can connect keyboards and electronic drum kits (and guitars if you have MIDI pickups).... they also need a recording feature so that you can have loads of fun recording..... the possibilities could be endless..... imagine recording a song with your mates (or random pplz) without even being in the same room using online gaming features......
for these demands though the only real contender would be the ps3....... (i kno pplz will rant about this but the ps3 is the one with the most powerful processor)

uhh no
the next gh will be GH4
at least that's what they stated
because what about 80' edition or the aerosmith edition?
that would put the next GH at around #6?

That's called SONAR 8 Producer edition...
My dad has it on his computer and it is also for professional music producers...
My point is, if you want to make music get a DAW
If you want to play a game, get guitar hero.

but these programs need really, really powerful computers to run smoothly and those aren't cheap things to buy...... in the end the ps3 is just much more convenient....

Nope. 80s didn't count.. so sep. track games don't essentially count to the official full game release count.
Guitar Hero 4 = Guitar Hero World Tour.
Guitar Hero World Tour will NOT have strings.. so the only reasonable assumption would be Guitar Hero 5!
