I use rocketdock. And i just use uxtheme.dll patcher and then load a vista theme shell. Here's my how my desktop looks like.

Nice... WindowsBlinds is a resource hog on my computer though =\ (and has conflicts in FS2004) but still good nonetheless.

I need to try making my own theme...
