The answer is as soon as she is pregnant.

Even if the child has no choice - it already effects the lives of everyone involved, and anyone connected to them. That makes the childs life already valued. Be it loved, or hated. There is already emotional attachment to a life that has been created.

now you are talking about others emotions. The basic point is gonna remain is that the baby has no sense. Obviously every single human life is important. That goes without saying.

But the sheer marvel of creating a life has been lost to humans. This is one of the many examples of unworthy parents spawning an innocent life in this world.

That is my point. Not justifying the fudgeer.
