I myself always stick with Hex Workshop, but this is great for those who refuse/can't hex.
Hopefully, this will bring more themes...

did you select a topmenu_plugin.rco file in the file browser?

can you open that file in rcoedit and have it not say that "it is a 2.50 file would you like to decompress it?"

Just used it and it needs a [File Edit View] etc bar :) Quite nice to use.
