And while yes, to an extent it would have an effect. However, all the partitions (f0 included at default) have spare space in them. As long as you left enough for these to function (don't touch flash1, since quite a few things are stored there) then you can safely shrink them to gain some extra themage

ok because i decreased flash2 and 3 to add more space to flash1 and flash0
yeah, that's fine. As long as you leave enough space for your act.dat in flash2 (assuming you use the PSN), and whatevers stored in flash3 (is anything, ive never checked)
