For RCO editing, does Z33's rcotool work?

i can't find his tool anymore all the links ive been to are dead but i think it would be the answer for this application.i was going to use part of your source but i couldn't get it to compile and is still sitting there with lots of errors seems it doesn't want to upgrade to well but ya the vag file was a lot of searching.to top it off i had lost my code with when my external hard drive bit the big one so im stuck with the exe files.i did manage to write the unpacker so it will turn vag back into raw so shouldn't be that hard to finish that up.im going on and on here but just wanted to say thanks again for your work man really good stuff.Madwin
I've attached the last version of rcotool here.

Me?  Sounds like you've put more work into your figuring out how the VAG works than I've put into my app :P

Thanks again for all the apps you make! :D
This is a great thing...I never had problems before with making vag's but I bet this tool will make it easier, then the mass converting I use to do lol...Thank you for sharing..
wav to vag, sounds... sexy ROFL
wow,. thanks for the update man! very user friendly interface! :)

Powertools topic material!
thanks for the update bro highboy this is very useful to us!
Please check first post

Thank you Madwin
awesome thanks for the update I keep my psp editting programs into one folder anyway. Is there a function that allows you to write a rco for a specific firmware or is it just for 4.01 so far? Would be a sweet addition to v3. I lost my game saves about a year ago due to using a system plugin rco for a different firmware. :(

i could do that np but it is good for 3.80 and up for the system_plugin.rco did not changed since then, they are identical in hex editor.so i will put it in i guess from 3.52 till current would be good or maybe all,ill see when i compare the files i guess.

Thanks for the feed back and if you have anymore please say it.
Thanks. This is definitely powertool material for PSP customixation. Just tried it and I love the way it write the RCO file. By the way, how do I use this if I only want to generate the vag files? I mean, all the files saved in one folder. It would be handy for just replacing the vag files in custom system_plugin.rco....nah! It's me, just being lasy.Flatterd
