Squares, quadrangles, quadrilaterals, etc.. I have 1,498,123 of what they really are.
Its a Map of a Hard Drive seen in Tree Mode - those squares show how large that file is in proportion to the drive and are called 'Cusions' - the gradient shows the complexity of the Directories Structure (no fudging idea how, though)

A Free facility for this very useful overview of your drive is WinDirStat - I highly recommend it to see what's taking up your Hard Drive Space - it can really surprise you.

I didn't use the app though since I haven't run windows in a very long time. I use GrandPerspective. http://grandperspectiv.sourceforge.net
